Diler Iron & Steel Industry and Trade Inc., located in Dilovası, İzmit was established in 1954 and today reached an annual crude steel capacity of 1.500.000 Mtons.

The steel shop is equipped with one 100 MVA ultra high power finger-shaft electric arc furnace and one 20 MVA ladle furnace, produces steel billets ranging from 100X100 mm to 180X180 mm cross section through a 6 strand high speed continuous casting machine.

The No.1 Rolling Mill has an annual capacity of 1.100.000 Mtons, is a fully continuous two strand rolling mill incorporating double, triple, quarted slitting and controlled water cooling process (TEMPCORE).

Controlled cooling (Tempcore) process attains high strength levels in the reinforcing steel bars together with an increase in the weldebality of the material as the maximum carbon equivalent is reduced.

Product Range :    

• 8 to 40 mm dia. hot rolled plain and deformed bars
• 8 to 40 mm dia. tempcored plain and deformed bars
• 8 to 20 mm dia. once folded plain and deformed bars

Packaging :

• Final bar length : 6, 9, 12 and 15 meters.
• Bundles weight : 2.000 kg approx.

Packaging Condition: Bundles strapped at 3 to 7 spots.

The No.2 (Wire-Rod) Rolling Mill is a fully continous mill having an annual capacity of 400.000 Mtons. The mill is equipped with a monoblock group with 10 rolling strands, controlled air cooling line, controlled water cooling unit and high a speed shear which enable a precise fabrication process.

• 8 to 40 mm dia. hot rolled plain and deformed bars
• 8 to 40 mm dia. tempcored plain and deformed bars.
• 5.5-18 mm dia. hot rolled plain and deformed bars in coil.
• 6-16 mm dia. tempcored plain and deformed bars in coil.

Packaging :

• Bar length : 6, 9, 12,15 and 18 m and Coiled
• Bundles weight : 2.000 kg approx in bundle / 1.750 kg approx. in coil

Packaging Condition: Bundles strapped at 3 to 6 spots / coils strapped at 4 spots.

The materials can be produced in accordance with TS, DIN, ASTM, BS, AFNOR, JIS and equivalent other world standarts as well as per customer special requirements.
